Terms

Last changed on 4 Nov 2026.

These terms apply to buying the Gymi-Pass and tutor seats on EliTutor. Practising stays free and needs no account.

What is free

All tasks, step-by-step help, helpers, practice exams and your own progress are free, with or without an account.

Gymi-Pass

The Gymi-Pass is for parents. It shows the parent view of the work of each child linked to the parent’s account, until the exam day of its season.

It is one payment. It does not renew and ends on its own on exam day.

Tutor seats

Tutors can follow 3 pupils for free. Each further pupil needs one seat, valid for the season until exam day.

A tutor whose link brings a parent who buys the Gymi-Pass gets 20% of what the parent paid. Shares are paid by bank transfer after the exam.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs and are final; no VAT is charged. You pay once, by card or TWINT, through Stripe. The pass or the seats start as soon as the payment is through.

Refunds

If the Gymi-Pass doesn’t suit you, you get your money back in full: email us within 14 days of buying it, as long as your linked children have solved fewer than 20 tasks since. Tutor seats are refunded the same way while no pupil is using them.

If EliTutor stops before exam day, we refund the part of the price for the time that is left.

No promised results

EliTutor helps children prepare. Whether a child passes the exam depends on much more, so we promise no result.

Accounts and children

Children use EliTutor with their parents’ consent. A parent sees a child’s work only after the child links to the parent, and either can unlink at any time. What we keep and why is in the privacy notice.

Availability

We aim to keep EliTutor running at all times, but short interruptions for maintenance or faults can happen.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and at most for the amount you paid us.

Changes and law

We may change these terms for the future; a pass already bought keeps the terms it was bought under. Swiss law applies. Consumers may also sue at their place of residence.
